Villa 1 Crescendo

The oversized sliding windows let large amounts of light into the house, while strategically calculated (and spectacular!) floating overhangs protect the interior from excessive sun exposure. The central core of the house consists of an impressive double-height living area, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling sliding windows that allow for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Villa 2 Dolmen

This striking modern villa is set on two levels. The ground floor houses a very large living room, a dining area with a separate semi-open kitchen area, a study and two bedrooms. A huge infinity pool allows you to enjoy beautiful views of the sea. The first floor accommodates the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and three other bedrooms with their own private bathrooms.

Villa 3 the flying house

The Flying House is a spectacular design consisting of two rectangular volumes, stacked crosswise – so parts of the upper volume “fly out” over the landscape. The result is not only a very impressive design but also a “flying” master suite with amazing views. Optionally, the roof terrace can be used as an additional entertainment space, complete with bar, spa, jacuzzi and plunge pools.

Villa 4 trilogy

The Trilogy House is an impressive modern villa with three wings, capturing the views in all directions. The entrance of the house boasts an impressive double-height entrance area, leading to a panoramic entertainment area with three separate areas: a central lounge, a dining room on one side, and a TV room on the other side. The oversized sliding windows allow for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Construction

The house is constructed with high class materials and the best design available in the market.

This allows relatively thin walls compared to walls with similar insulation qualities but with commonly used insulation materials. Given a sturdy aerated concrete wall on the inside, the look and feel are that of a concrete house, but with much better insulation and constructional qualities. Together with a reinforced concrete basement and foundation, the house is designed to last almost without maintenance.

The Caribbean

Union Island is part of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, which is an independent sovereign state of the Caribbean and part of the Commonwealth of Nations and the Windward Islands. The country’s closest neighbours are Grenada to the south, St. Lucia, Mustique and St. Vincent to the north and Barbados to the east.
